Refund policy

Refund and Exchange Policy: 

• All sales are final, we do not accept refunds
• Due to sanitary and hygienic reasons, no returns or exchanges can be made
• If incorrect item has been sent, we will exchange them without substitutions (meaning no exchange to another color or style instead of the actual color or style purchase). Send us an email (slumberglow@gmail.com) with the subject “Return Request” subject for approval of brand.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use of product is NOT considered a manufacturing defect or faulty item.
