Shipping guidelines

  • Shipping of orders will take place within 1 to 2 business days upon the receipt of proof of payment. Please refer to the payment section for more information.
  • The tracking number shall be sent to the registered email shortly following the items have been dispatched.
  • Estimated delivery time commences from the date of dispatch.
  • We ensure all packages in transit from Slumber Glow to the delivery address are handled with proper care and hygiene. Slumber Glow is not responsible for any damage caused by courier company delivery handling process.
  • Clients may track their delivery using the tracking links sent to their email. Slumber Glow is not liable to give live updates on the whereabouts of the clients package. Should there be any concerns, they can reach out to Slumber Glow via email or Instagram direct message.
