Order Process
- Add your favorite silk pieces to cart
- Enter all necessary checkout details (make sure to double check all details)
- Settle payment within 24 hours
- Send payment receipt to orders@shopslumberglow.com
- Patiently wait for our payment confirmation via email
Reservations
Reservation of orders are only allowed for a maximum of 24 hours. All unpaid orders will be automatically be cancelled beyond the given time. Please settle your payments on time. No proof of payment, no shipping.
Processing Time
Kindly allow 1 to 2 business days for your orders to be processed after we have received and confirmed your proof of payment via email.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed during the next business day.
